We'd rather lose a sale than keep money from someone we didn't help. Here's the whole policy, with no fine print.

Study with Pass15
Use it as much or as little as you like. We don't check how many lessons or exams you finished.

Save your result
The online test shows your result on screen and no confirmation email is sent. Print the result page or email it to yourself.

Email us within 12 months
If you didn't pass, send your result to help@pass15.ca within 12 months of buying. We refund you in full, usually within 5 business days.
The details
- A fail on any of your attempts counts. You don't have to wait for your third try.
- Household plan: if either person fails, we refund the whole $45.
- There are no study conditions. Other guarantees ask you to finish every lesson or pass every practice test first. Ours doesn't.
- After a refund your access ends. You're welcome to buy again later.
