Privacy policy

Pass15 ("we") is an independent study tool for the Canadian citizenship test. We collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• Without an account: your practice progress is stored only in your own browser. We don't receive it.
• When you buy: your email address, and your partner's email if you choose the Household plan. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• When you're signed in: your practice progress (answers and mock exam scores), so it follows you across devices.
• Usage analytics: anonymous, cookie-free page and event counts to improve the product.

How we use it

To give you access, send sign-in links and receipts, process guarantee refunds, and answer support requests. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

With our service providers: Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments) and our email provider. Some may store data outside Canada.
